A few ways to use Amba Haldi :

• One teaspoon of Amba Haldi powder to be mixed with four teaspoonful of Rose water to form smooth paste. Apply it on face. Rinse it off thoroughly with normal clean water after about 30 minutes. It make the face skin healthy and Glowful.


• Mix 25 grams of Amba Haldi powder in a bucket of lukewarm water while bathing. It helps to remove Body odour.


• Take a pinch of Amba Haldi powder in a cup of lukewarm milk to relieve pain.
